Andy and his team went above and beyond. They managed to complete the sale of our home while we were out of the country, and handled everything to get our septic system licensed with the City…a nightmare. I would bet that not many Realtors would have followed through with this one, but Andy and his group worked tirelessly on our behalf. On top of what Andy and his team did for us, they are wonderful, very positive people who keep you smiling through everything. When we return from Germany we plan on being on the buying end with Andy Allen Team. 

When we decided to sell our home, we really didn't know what to expect from a realtor, but after our first meeting with Andy, it was clear he was who we would sign with. Through the entire process, Andy and his team were always there to meet any need and took care of absolutely everything. I do not normally give an 'exceeds expectations' but I do wholeheartedly give this recommendation to Andy and his team! They are wonderful!
