Cecilia Nguyen began her career in real estate in 2006 and joined The Andy Allen Team in 2014. She started her career working for a boutique broker in Austin, TX where she learned the ins and outs of the business. Now she manages a team of over 20 professionals.

People believe in Cecilia and want to follow her. Cecilia is passionate about managing people, transactions and properties. As an Operation Manager, Cecilia wears several hats. She is the right hand for Andy and keeps The Andy Allen Team ship afloat with efficiency and grace. Cecilia is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, agents and vendors. People love working with her because she genuinely loves what she does. Cecilia is known for her nerve – she has great instincts, creative ideas, is a problem solver, and knows how to make things happen.

Cecilia, her husband and her son love to do volunteer work and travel. Cecilia finds joy and contentment in her faith, in caring for her family and friends, and in random acts of kindness.
